SUMMARY:

JCC Association seeks an enthusiastic, independent, and dynamic professional to serve as Executive Assistant and Board Liaison in our FRD Department.This full-time position will provide administrative support to the Chief Development Officer, serve as liaison to JCC Association's continental Board of Directors, and oversee the organization's donor database.

The successful candidate brings creative and critical thinking, embraces working independently, but also as part of a team. This person can tackle projects both large and small and be an effective communicator and collaborator with the most junior staff person through the most senior Board members and outside donors. This person must have the judgment and experience to make many administrative decisions quickly and keep things moving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. To succeed in this position, the successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail oriented, positive, high energy, and of impeccable integrity.
