Principal Responsibilities:

The ECLC Assistant Director is a full-time, exempt, salaried position that demonstrates leadership abilities by creating and maintaining a positive environment for staff and families. The Assistant Director supports the Early Childhood Services Director in operating the center in accordance with JCC policies, procedures and state licensing standards to provide an educational, nurturing and safe environment for children, staff and parents. This individual, along with the other Assistant Director, is responsible for all school operations and assumes all Director responsibilities and duties in the absence of the Director.

The JCCNV Early Childhood Learning Center for infants through Pre-K, serves over 200 children and their families. The JCCNV is a non-profit organization, which welcomes families of all faiths and backgrounds.

Salary will be commensurate with education, qualifications and experience. Position includes health care benefits, vacation and sick leave, life insurance policy, discounted childcare, and membership to JCC facility including workout classes and equipment and an indoor swimming pool.Opportunity for 403b and Disability Plan.
