Location and Job Title:

Camp Administrative & Communications Specialist (Seasonal)
Arthur M. Glick JCC of Indianapolis
6701 Hoover Rd
Indianapolis, IN 46260

Principal Responsibilities:

At Camp, an administrative assistant is often the glue that holds the team together. Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service are essential skills for working in the office. A social media coordinator puts the 'face' on camp communication through pictures, videos, hashtags, and posts. When you combine the two, you get a master juggler: someone who has great computer skills, understands the confidentiality of camper information, has the ability to work under pressure gracefully, is both self-sufficient and a valued team collaborator, and is savvy about how to effectively use social media to communicate with our camp families. As Administrative & Communications Specialist, you'll wear two hats: administrative assistant and communications coordinator. Note that this position requires a commitment for the entire camp season of June 3 - July 26 (plus orientation May 19, May 31, & June 2).
