Principal Responsibilities:

SALARY/STATUS: $65,000-$72,000 annually DOE / Full-Time, Exempt

Under the direction of the Youth & Camp Director, the Teen Director & Camp Operations Manager carries the overall responsibilities of duels roles. 1) The developing, planning, implementing, supervising, marketing and evaluating programming and services for the JCC's thriving Teen Department; and 2) manage the year-round operational planning, execution and quality control of program activities, organizational administration and communication for Camp Jaycee. The position requires direct hands-on operation of the Teen Department and Camp Department.
