Principal Responsibilities:

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the CEO and working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, the Audit and Finance Committees of the Board and the senior leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will oversee and direct the day to day fiscal affairs of the organization and plan the financial strategy in support of the organization's goals. S/he will be responsible for all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to finance, budget management, cost benefit analysis and financial forecasting. The CFO will provide leadership and direction to the Finance Department and be viewed as a supportive collaborator with senior leadership and Program/Department Managers responsible for the programs and services provided by the JCH.
