Principal Responsibilities:

This full time staff person will provide administrative support and assist with the ECC daily operations in accordance with the philosophy, policies, practices and procedures of the program. Must be able to work as a team and communicate easily and knowledgeably with children, their families and staff. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and manage assignments and multiple projects is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staff scheduling, coordinate substitutes and staff trainings, order supplies/food/materials as needed, organize paperwork for mailings, and field and direct phone calls. Possess solid general computer skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum: Associate's degree, a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Must have at least 1 or more years' experience working with young children.

First Aid, CPR and Epi-pen certification a plus, can obtain after being hired.
