Principal Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for JCC Camping operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, communication with staff and families, assisting families in camper registration, and managing camper/family documents. Duties will also include working with the of JCC Camping team to coordinate and help with recruiting. Other duties may be assigned by the Director.

Part time position, 15-20 hours per week (Monday-Friday starting at 9:00am).

Some weekend work required for recruitment events during the winter

Summer Hours: Full time in the summer- 8:00am-4:30pm

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years related experience. Camp administrative experience a plus.

Skills:Must be organized and detail oriented individual with excellent data entry skills.

Requires strong customer service skills.

Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
