TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TAP)
REQUIREMENTS & INSTRUCTIONS

REQUIREMENTS

APPLICANTS MUST:
1. Pursue a master’s degree in a field that pertains to JCC employment
2. Be a full time JCC professional for at least 12 months before applying for tuition assistance program (TAP)
3. Display professional dedication and accomplishment

FUNDING
Funding of JCC Association Graduate Education Scholarships is obtained through the generosity of Jewish communal leaders, individual sponsors, JCC Association board members, foundations and other interested donors.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM TIMETABLE

February: JCC Association scholarship application, essays, 3 reference letters, and university transcript(s) are due. No exceptions
March: Applications reviewed
May: TAP recipients selected and notified

ACCOUNTABILITY & AWARDS
The TAP award amount is based on a sliding scale reimbursement consisting of a set dollar amount for each school year determined by recipient’s annual salary. The reimbursement is as follows:

TAP Recipient’s Salary                        Amount of TAP Award (per school year)
Up to $40,000                                                 Up to $2000
$40,001-$50,000                                           Up to $1500
$50,001 and up                                              Up to $1000
